Review: wont let me view some sites - I turned off safesearch but it still won't let me view sites. it is fast though. hp tech guy was hard to understand, definitely not American. I hate having to deal with help services from a foreign land. I suppose it saves hp some money but...
Review: OK - Well let me start by saying I thought this was going to be a good experience. 4 months after purchasing the space bar key came off. I reached out to the seller after I took it to Best Buy, I thought it was a simple problem. Well, I was told by the tech at Best Buy that the computer looked as though it has a cheaper version of what the key board should like like if bought new from a store. I was also told that I might as well return it or trash it because that it was a defect or after market product. WHAT ! I paid 731.00 for this unit. Seller has told me sorry out of the return window. I am so disappointed with this product. Now to find out what my next step. Feeling ripped off. Reporting to the BBB
