They get the job done. I do have to snap them in half to make them easier to swallow. Forewarning: they kind of taste like bile if you do that. Swallow them down quickly!

I've been taking Nature's Bounty super B complex for several years. I ran out approximately a month ago it didn't reorder out of curiosity to see how much Nature's Bounty super B complex has been helping me. After a week I was reminded of the nerve pain I had been dealing with as it has been pretty stagnant the last couple of years. Also, my energy levels had dropped so I quickly reordered my vitamins. After taking them again the pain is starting to decrease and energy levels slowly coming back after a week. This is one of my daily vitamins and will continue to take. I recommend.

I'm giving this 5 stars just for helping with my hair not shedding as much. I don't care for the scent of the vitamin or the fact it turns my urine like yellow, yellow. I think I have more energy but I haven't had any negative side effects besides the urine color.

The prescription formula was no longer covered by my really good health insurance, so my doctor looked it up on Amazon and found this almost identical option for much less cost. I was so happy to not pay that money to the pharmacy any more.
