Different texture and scent from playdough but it all just gets mixed together anyway so great value for the amount! The tools are flimsy and somewhat hard to use for a 3yo. The color selection is great, better than the other multi packs that have multiple amounts of 5 colors.

I bought these specifically for the numbers and letters. I use these in my preschool classroom. The numbers and letters work great. The other tools are cheap plastic and won’t likely hold up very long since so many kids will be using them, but for the price that doesn’t bother me. If you are buying this just for home use this set would be perfect. For a classroom, at this price it is worth it just to use the letters and numbers.

I purchased these so my 5 year old granddaughter could use with her playdoh. They are very flimsy & hard to push into the doh. Also, removing the letters from her work table is very difficult since they fall apart/tear. I think buying actual cookie cutters would've worked better. I don't like giving bad reviews, but, I just don't think these work well.

I was really excited about getting this for my 2 year old. She has been playing with play doh for a year or so but in the last few weeks she’s really started to get creative with it. I gave her a few of my cookie cutters to play with but they are really too big for her to play with. She also really wanted a rolling pin “like mommy’s” so this set was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived today, a day earlier than expected and my daughter played with it right until bed. She wanted to take the ducky cutter with her since she’s in love with rubber ducks! The cutters come in multiple sizes so she can make some bigger cutouts but the smaller ones are perfect for her little hands. There’s more than one rolling pin and some other fun things. I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ll be looking for more play doh tools from this company soon if she stays as interested.
