Very good service and quality. I bought this item 3 years ago and I would like to replace the strap. Marina was very helpful and arranged to send me overseas in just 1 day. This is a very good product and my sons and their friends cannot get enough of it!

The screws supplied with this appear to be made of a cheap metal. I used my drill on one and it stripped the screw I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to remove the screw. I thought it might be my fault and that I was too forceful, so I tried to hand screw the next one in and it stripped with a screw driver. Likely Cheap soft metal. Be careful if you use these screws. You may not be able to get them out of your wall. The bar has a little movement to it because it slides into the brackets. I would prefer a bar with no movement, but it is nice that we can take the bar out anytime we want. The other items appear to be high quality and I’m looking forward to my daughter getting good use out of them.

Our kids love this set! Unobtrusive in our basement, and seems to hold up well.The swing rocks the inside of the bracket, but doesnt seem to be structurally problematic.

We have had a nasty winter so far and getting outside is difficult. Now my kids have a way to get some of their energy out. It was so ÷as to install and works great. It holds me and I am close to 175 pounds. Even I use it.

I loved this product for less than 24 hours. The instructions were easy and the install was quick. I installed as soon as it arrived around 6 pm and by 2:30 pm the next day it ripped out of the wall as my daughter was swinging on it. Luckily she wasn't injured, just very disappointed because she loved the actual product. It seemed sturdy with the other accessories (ladder, bar, handles) but it can't seem to handle a lot of actual swinging. FYI my daughter is 55-60 lbs.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for our special needs kiddos! We installed it into studs in a hallway and used longer screws then what were provided. It is well used and liked!

Got this for my 8 year olds birthday. To say he loves it is an understatement. He says it’s the best present ever. It was easy to hang and the perfect height. No problems so far.
