I purchased these as a Christmas gift for the members of my fire department. Ordering was easy and all the members love them! They fit well and it’s great that you can personalize them. There ended up being a small mistake and the company got a new one out to me quickly. Highly recommend!

It gets the job done, when I'm working an accident scene or another tast for the FD that requires quick and easy identification that I am a member of the fire department.The quality easily matches what the department purchases from more expensive suppliers.I will be buying some more in the future.

The good:Quality materials w good stitchingColors were same as pictures in adThe hat style and quality was exactly what I was looking for in fitThe bad:Had to burn a couple little thread pieces u get on all new items like this not a big deal and definitely burn don’t pull the threadsLettering on back a little bigger than I thought however I am still pleasedWas going to have Fire Rescue printed on front but they didn’t allow for enough letters which is a little odd since plenty of other hats make that fitThe ugly: Nothing really I am pleased overall and may order another in the future in the grey colorCame pretty fast for custom but was a little pricey at around $50 hopefully it was done here in USA
