the flavor is just delicious. I use it on salads, meat, fish, pasta - almost anything to add zing and flavor to meals of all kinds. It has a sweet vinegar flavor and is thicker than most vinegars so it can be used by itself (forget the oil part) as salad dressing, sauce, or topping
