I really wanted to like this product. However, it is NOT that easy to use. I'm not the most coordinated person in the world, but this device just requires too much for what it provides. I bought it to scan photos to put onto my photo backups for my Grandparents, but there is NO way they can use this. Scanning requires you to place the wand on the item being scanned (in my case a photo) and run it slowly over it so it can scan the image. However, I can't get it to scan very well because if I move it slightly above the photo so it won't move the photo... then it stops scanning. If I pause even slightly to hold the photo from top or bottom, then it creates a glitch in the scanned image. My grandparents have slightly shaky hands and could in no way use this.If there hadn't been the random extras that I got from my order, this would have been a total rip off. However, I got about a quarter of my money's worth in extra items, so it's not quite as expensive of a lesson learned. I've opted to try a much more expensive option that does not require me to jump through hoops to scan a simple photo. The worst part is that the quality of the scans were horrible! I could literally take a picture of the picture with my smart phone and it was a better quality than what was scanned.... at least the parts it actually scanned. It's rather creepy when you scan the picture and a person's chin is now at their eyes.

Exactly what I hoped for and expected. This is a great value. My printer/scanner scans at a higher quality than this, but I needed something portable and affordable. This was exactly what I needed. I can take this anywhere and it still scans at a good quality, plus you can't beat the price. It's so easy to use too! I bought this so I can scan all of my grandma's family photos without pulling them out of the album. This will be invaluable to me and my family when we have all of her precious memories stored digitally in case anything happens to the originals.

I like this product, it took me a little bit to get the scanning ability down to get the whole page but I have enjoyed using this for paperwork I have to do.

Scanner stopped working after 3 months. Could not get it to charger or turn on.

Needed it to copy book pages. It does the job.
