I currently have the q10 which houses a micro-sd memory card for music, photos etc. does the priv take a memory card? many thanks.

This model is not dual SIM. It takes only one SIM at a time.

Can I also use different languages although the physical keyboard is UK?

I only use English but if you go into settings, you can change the operating language and I would expect that this will extend to screen keyboard. I don't know how this would affect the physical keyboard as I never use it on my Priv. Its a great phone by the way!
