This fits perfectly. I ordered M size for my 34 inch waist. Its a good tight fit. Earlier I used backless supporters and went for this when the old one became loose. This one fits better and i will prefer this fit over the backless ones. If you get your waist correct, you wont go wrong with this. The cotton feels good too and so does the elastic band.

It's Comfortable to wear . But to know the actual size is some how difficult.

Please guys see/check the things what are you buying from online because recently I have ordered the supporter but in that the stiching is not strong at end point and there is a small hole in this Gym supporter.

It's good and very comfortable for heavy workout.

Value for money is less. Product is average
