Really pleased with these blankets, the quality versus price is outstanding. Yes, it may feel slightly itchy until the blanket softens over time, but this a 100% wool blanket and it's a sure sign of weave quality. This could make an excellent bed cover, but for me, it's a camping blanket, to go over a sleeping bag as part of a layering system. To that end, it excels, because 100% wool, even recycled, retains warmth even when damp. It's quality, and TBH, at half the price of virgin wool, whilst retaining 99% functionality 'in the field' it's an absolute steal. The only risk is random colours...but given what I need this for, interior styling is not my priority! Strongly recommended 👌

Took a chance and ordered two random recycled wool blankets... WOW! Absolutely thrilled with them... so much so, I immediately ordered two more! They are already quite soft (and I know that in time they will soften further) and the colours are absolutely stunning. These may well be made from 'recycled wool', but they are heavy, warm, substantial feeling blankets; I know they will last a lifetime. I'm thrilled with my purchase. Thank you for making a fairly expensive item so affordable. Take a chance! It's so worth it! *Update* Just returned from a weeks camping trip; I am THRILLED with these blankets. They kept me warm and cosy. My children argue over who sits with them on their lap or around them at night... blankets 5 and 6 being ordered!

Just received my blankets today. They are beautiful. So warm. Great quality. But I am not impressed with choice of packaging. PLASTIC! What's the point of making from recycled wool. And not using eco friendly packaging. Sort it out!

Lovely warm blanket, reminds me of the blankets my grandma used to pile on the beds in winter. It's 100% recycled wool, so don't be expecting fleecy softness or smoothness, think of a tweed coat, it's that kind of wool. Very cosy and in random fibre colours. 5 stars 10/10

Lovely quality and by chance completely suits the colours in my living room. Admired by everyone and looks much more expensive than it was. Another reviewer commented on the scratchy feel and mine has this quality but really it's part of the charm. I also have a Donegal wool blanket which was really expensive, although I've probably had it for a good 15 years now, and has the same rustic woollen texture. Be warned that pets really love the proper wool and become quite possessive over the blankets. Also, I've washed it in the machine several times now - against the instructions (!!) but it came out fine in a 30 degree wash. All in all a great buy, would definitely recommend.

Love these blankets, Use in the back of cars to protect the seats from mud and things. Fold the blanket in quarters for the dog to use as a casual bed on floor. Great quality and wash well.

From a price point of view these blankets just can't be beaten. Yes they are a bit 'itchy', but not uncomfortably so. The colours are wonderful in my opinion. You can't specify colours, but I ordered 2 blankets, 1 as a gift and 1 for myself, and I was more than pleased with the supplied blankets. I have 2 vintage Welsh blankets and these recycled wool blankets certainly complement them really well. Check out the prices of vintage blankets online and you will find these can be 10% of the price. These blankets would make superb gifts and I certainly would recommend them to anyone. Just buy one and find out for yourself.....!

This is a great 100% wool blanket & perfect for outdoor use. Wool is the best choice for outdoors, still keeps you warm round a campfire even if it gets a little wet & won’t burn. Great value for money and nice and big :)
