Fantastic book, very easy read, some short chapters some longer chapters, brilliant for a dyslexic and a first time mum like myself. Perfect indepth edition partner to Sam's TV series, detailing the high's and challenges of motherhood. Reading the book, I found myself transported into the life style of a first time mum, a brilliant insight for a novice like myself to learn all about this amazing adventure, before I have my own, and gave me ideas and inspiration to think outside the box on how I want to bring my baby up once it's born, encouraging me to do research in my local area for mummy & baby groups and baby massage, before the research I thought these classes would be expensive and only afforded by reality TV stars like Sam herself, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that local sure start centres offer these services for a £1 donation, which is perfect for low income mother's such as myself. This book is a perfect learning experience for any first time mum & so expertly written, in which Sam reiterated is a guide to mums, encouraging people to speak to their midwives and doctors. This book has made me feel like I am not alone in motherhood and that I have gained a new friend and indepth knowledge I had never had before. The delivery of this item was rather swift too, only a few days, although I was eager to receive it as fast as possible.

I actually really enjoyed this and even learnt a few bits along the way. I never thought I would be taking parenting advice from a TOWIE star but Sam has a lot of really great ideas and has looked into the evidence base on a lot of things. Nice light hearted easy read and not too preachy or one sided

Brilliant! Thought this was so cheap because Sam has now re released the book with the new chapter on toddlers... didn't realise this was the new release! So very happy with the price. Love the book, I find it speaks to me more as Sam is the same age as me. Much more relatable than a lot of baby books which feel like they were written 50 years ago by someone much older. Five stars

The book was just a book recapping the mummy diaries .. I got through this pretty quick as it's not really in depth but a good read especially for sleep deprived parents that might just a read before bed or in my case at 4am. I think a lot of the negative reviews are thinking its something that it's not but the title says it all.

About to become a first time mum and I could relate to so much already. Sam has confirmed a lot of things for me, given me reassurance on a lot and eased my worries and anxiety over several things. I loved this book and will refer to it often during the first stages of mummy life. Thank you Sam .

I have had this book for less then a week, and have ready almost all of it. I Love Sam and her Family I support them all the time. Personally the book would of been more helpful for me if I was pregnant or had a new baby. I wouldn't particularly recommend if your not pregnant or have children to buy this but i will be keeping hold of her book for future reference for when I am pregnant so I can look back on. I do hope she brings out a book more based on there life in general as I find her interesting. Throughout some of the book I finded myself to want to skip certain pages as it was totally irreverent for me. like I say I love and support Sam and to me her book is great for mums and expecting mums.

Sam's clear message from very early in the book is you will know your baby best and what works for you which as a first time mum I appreciated. Read it very quickly as I was enjoying it so only wish it was longer :)

Love this book, with also being a first time mum its reassured me that I'm doing everything right & that I'm right to do it my own way. A lot of pressure is defiantly on for first time mums to get it right & I don't think there is a right way.

Even though I was a routine mum, I still found this book wonderful. Please write a toddler book Sam and a book exploring how you handles two babies.
