Works great, I really liked, You have to email them to get software but they were quick to send it

The item is supposed to be plug and play, it’s not. Windows 10 can’t recognise it. There is a link on the instruction manual but once you finally get it to scan you get a message saying the link no longer exists. Contacted Amazon who sent me a link taking me back through the chat bot. Overall it’s stylish but totally unusable and therefore pointless to buy unless you want a paper weight.
