I received this item and it was that poorly packaged I actually received a smashed up bottle and no liquid at all . No reply to me and no replacement?

No reply ? From Amazon or a trader ? I've not experienced that , although I see it's showing as unavailable ! Complain again , then escalate if necessary.

Can you use for teenagers

It's aimed at over 15 years old , might be an idea to check with the doctor though .
