Yeah these are just fine. I take them to supplement my gym program and high protein diet. They have pretty much everything in you could want. They aren't a replacement for the vitamins you'll get naturally from your meals, bit they will fill in the gaps where a particular way of eating may leave you deficient in a few areas. I will say they do smell a bit funky, I suppose the smell is a little yeasty or malty. However don't let that put you off, they're pills not sweets. These are a good mineral and vitamin rich supplement for the money. If you're bothered by the smell then go and buy centrum or another big brand that are sugar shelled or in a cellulose capsule that are nearly 4 times as much.

Stinky but do the job in helping me battle constant fatigue

These seem good value for money and contain good amounts of daily vitamins. However its like swallowing a button, or a 5 pence piece. They are huge! With no coating they do get stuck. Ive had to half them.

Let’s get this straight these blinking stink !!! But of course they do they have a large amount of vitamins and minerals and that is good . You get a lot for your money so it offers good value. High strength I have only been using a week so got to give it more of a chance to show it’s effectiveness ,but pinch your nose and swallow .

Happy with the item

I mean they do the job as a multivitamin but the smell should come with a warning! Honestly the worst thing I have ever smelt and my husband was retching when I showed him. I was worried there was something wrong, but many reviews also do seem to agree (I fear I should have heeded their advice before I bought them) If you can get past the smell, as it’s just a tablet then that’s fine but good golly…

Feel much better

When I opened them they really stunk ,made me heave and even made the cupboard smell .I couldn't take them for this reason.

Ottima combinazione di vitamine e minerali e prezzo sorprendentemente economico. Ci vuole qualche giorno ad averlo ma vale la pena aspettare.
