Girls White Beautiful Ballet Dance Wooden Music Jewellery Box By Katz Dancewear JB09

This is a gift for a four year old who desperately wanted a ballet dancer jewellery box. We had been very disappointed with a flimsier one we had sent for (and returned) elsewhere which had cost more. This is just perfect and made of wood, not cardboard.

A gift for my grand daughter. Very attractive and good size. Arrived earlier than expected.Lost one star because the drawer, although well made, is too loose for the musical box and rolls out if the box is tilted even slightly. Had to place sticky foam pieces inside box to take up the slack and prevent spilling contents. Child liked it.

This product is being missold at a size of 23 x 11 x 13. The actual size is much smaller at 17 x 9.5 x 10 !!The only reason I have kept the item is shortage of time. Also beware that if you return an item to Katz, they will make you pay the postage.

The jewellery box is lovely to look at and well made. It has motifs of crowns on the front. There is a drawer to put larger items in and a padded, sectioned main compartment in a lovely pink. When the lid, which has a mirrored interior, is opened the ballerina dances to music. What more could a five year old wish for her birthday? I'm sure my grand daughter will be delighted with it!
