I got this in the attempt to ease tight muscles around my neck, due to the tightness I was unlucky to have been getting post menopausal migraines, they had become frequent, once every two weeks and would last around 5 days. The doc prescribed Ritazipan. I seemed to be reaching for that medication too frequently. I hasten to add I also took another collagen to begin with, but at £20 every 20 days it was proving costly long term. I came across these ones in my search for a cheaper alternative. So far so good. I have not had a migraine for 6 weeks, my muscles have eased significantly, and the extra bonus is my glowing skin. I would like to add I also started to take an isoflavone menopausal tab each morning along with evening primrose oil, the reason being, I never had migraines pre menopausal. I had come to the soul searching conclusion that if I could recreate a bit of my pre menopausal body chemicals via the help of natural supplements, I may just get on top of the dibiltating all too frequent migraines. My husband is a chiropractor so I know a bit as to how tight muscles and joints/vertebrae can affect conditions. By taking the collagen the aim was to lubricate my neck muscles and joints internally, cushion them if you like, this in turn would allow blood to flow to my head with more ease, and avoid the dreaded migraines. As I said, so far so good. I will be continuing with this collagen as the price is so good.

Have previously bought collagen powder but found that it upset my stomach. I seem to be able to take these without side effects and they are easier to both store and administer than powder. Also despite claims that the powder “had no taste” I found it disgusting. These leave no aftertaste. I think my skin is slightly better but it’s early days so difficult to say with any certainty. I originally bought the powder for my joints. I know there are various types of collagen for various complaints. I am not sure what type this is so I don’t know if I can expect to see joint improvement or not. Whatever this is a good product which I can heartily endorse.

Good for deep sleep but not sure about helping fine lines since I'm 28 I don't have many lines and I have only been using them for around month and a half but have seen a difference in forehead wrinkles. Personally I think the quality is the best you will get since all the companies make these in the same way except add a bigger price tag so definitely worth the price to see if it works for you. Really do help relax me and sleep alot more sound.

Easy to swallow but not sure if it works on pain. I did felt little changes in my skin texture.

I'm a little young for this product in my mid thirties, so I only take one per day and I have recognised some incredible improvements within days of starting to take the supplement. -My skin improved and there is no more dryness, not even in winter air. He is in his 20s so he just takes one once in a while I recommend this product very highly and the price is such a bargain as there are less amazing collagen supplements on the market at double the price and higher. This is the fourth time that I purchased this product and I will buy it again :)

I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and my skin is definitely feeling firmer also the condition of my hair is so healthy and glossy and I've noticed my eyelashes seem to have more volume and length which I assume is due to these colleges capsules. Last but certainly not least I dislocated my knee 3 years ago and I'ts caused painful episodes that have interrupted my sleep ever since , my knee often buckled causing more pain but I can honestly say I've had no pain or buckling since I have been taking these capsules , I can run up the stairs again it's such a relief and I no longer have pain during the night . my nails are much stronger too , I seem to be experiencing all the benefits these capsules have to offer and I will continue to buy them. I tried these after reading the positive reviews. I didn't expect much at this price but I could really see and feel the difference with these they are quiite amazing. Quick delivery too. I had previously had collagen tablets and decided to purchase the capsules in the hope that they would not have the "fishy" taste of the tablets. However, these capsules, although not tasting "fishy", do taste bad. A stale plastic kind of taste.
