Is the honey unpasteurised?

Comvita honey is not pasteurised, that is not boiled. The honey is gently heated enough to allow it to flow through the filters, screening out particles of beeswax, pollen and propolis. Is the plastic container it comes in suitable for long term storage... Say 6 months or more?
