## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the expiry date ?**
A: I don't know as I transfer my Wassen selenium into a bottle when I receive them but I'm pretty sure that most vitamin supplements have a long life date, unless of course the suppliers are  "dodgy".  I've been taking Wassen selenium (1 a day) over the last 35/40 years and have not encountered any problems - I am now in my 80s.

**Q: How much vitamin D does this contain**
A: It has vitamin d3 and the answer is 7.5g %NRV 150% hope this helps

**Q: The description simply says it contains vitamin d.  does that mean it is not vitamin d3 which is supposedly the best vitamin d to take?**
A: It contains vitamin D and not D3,

**Q: Is this suitable for vegetarians?**
A: i am not aware of these tablets containing anything unsuitable for vegetarians

Vitamins take a few months to work to build up depleted nutrient stores in your system. After a few months, I can say I’ve avoided any illnesses around me and can tell these have improved my immunity (typically, I catch every cold around me). They are small, easy to take pills and well worth it. Have already reordered my second package.
