LibéronWood Filler Antique Pine 150g

This stuff is amazing and so easy to work with.I needed this for my Antique Pine bed as I had to chop the headboard down a bit and then fill in my cowboy work dents.It was just the right colour for Antique Pine and dried very quickly. Although some of my gaps were a but wider than others so, I left it to dry overnight and it was solid and easily sandable.I would recommend this to anyone and also I would not even read the bad reviews as this stuff is really amazing.

Great product, terrible tin. Only way to open it is to destroy the rim. May have to decant into another airtight container.

Did a great job on my Velux window. Although a bit darker than I expected once the varnish went on it was hard to see the filling spots where old Xmas decorations had been pinned up.

The fillers worked really well on damage to a couple of waxed pine doors. However the strange design of the lid and tin caused it to completely distort. A standard paint tin opener manages with difficulty to release the lid, however after a couple of time you need to use pliers to remove the lid. Contents had to be moved to a plastic tub to ensure it was properly sealed.

Used this on an old chest that was being restored. Colour match wasn't important as it was being painted anyway.It's wood filler and it did the job just nice.

An excellent filler which matched in well with the wood being filled (antique pine). Sets quickly and sands smooth well. Looses one star as the tin is, as others have mentioned, difficult to open (reasonable easy the first time more difficult after that as the lid gets bent!). A useful tip is to use the Harris Flexible Continental Filling Knives

I read all the excellent reviews before I purchased this, and I was hoping for good things. I can honestly say I was amazed with the results to be honest. My Labrador pup had chewed the corner of a Ducal Victoria Corner Unit, which was in excellent condition apart from the chewed corner, so I was reluctant to replace it (especially, as they no longer make Ducal furniture). The damage was quite severe, so I used this product, which I moulded into shape on the corner of the unit, then left for 24 hours to dry. I couldn't believe how solid it became! It was absolutely rock hard, which allowed me to gently sand it back into shape. I then bought the Liberon wood stain, and after 3 separate applications to build the colour up, my unit now looks 99% perfect! I will be using my Liberon Bison polish to complete the project. I was sceptical, despite the great reviews, but It does what it says on the tin and for me it was my saving grace!

Great product, once I finished sanding and painting you couldn't tell the table was patched. The dents were fairly large so need a couple of fills but the end result was very good. Happy and recommend this product.
