Helped me quit vaping. Used these for about 2 weeks, moved down to 2mg for another 2 weeks then regular gum for a week. Now finally smoke/vape/gum free! The fruit ones taste pretty good but lose the flavour quite quickly. The mint ones seem to last a bit longer which is good if you're trying to cut down as you'll be getting less nicotine

I purchased the 4mg one. You will feel an extremely strong burning on your tongue/in your mouth, I recommend chewing, not swallowing your saliva and instead spitting it out. Keep chewing the gum and take small breaks by leaving it in your gums, then keep chewing until the burning goes away. After about 10 minutes, it will hit you and you will feel dizzy, euphoric, buzzed. I made the mistake of taking another after 30 minutes, do NOT do this, you will get the spins, bad anxiety and feel sick. Good product, you just need to know how to use it.
