Good quality and safe

I don't really know whether I need these but as a vegetarian, I don't eat choline so must need them, and don't feel any worse, even think they are doing some good, just had my yearly blood test excellent results, so will keep taking these.

I started taking this choline supplement in pregnancy . The capsules are bit big and you would need 2-3 per day to get your recommended intake.Overall, it’s a solid supplement.

Good product

The item itself was good quality and well packaged. However I would NOT recommend this for people who suffer from acute anxiety. I am currently dealing with the after effects of a very intense panic attack that started the evening of my first dose. I only took one capsule in mid afternoon.

I have used this product only for 2 days, 1 cap per day and i think this will not suit me as it increased my anxiety levels, other side effects i noticed confusion, restlessness and low confidence, so far i hav stopped it, might be these side effects are temporary and with regular use my body will adopt it but not sure..
