I've bought a few different items from Elite Body Squad now and I can't recommend them highly enough.For low cost sports and fitness equipment they really are at the top of their game.Everything I've had has been well made and high quality but at a fraction of the cost of Brand name products.This ab roller is exactly what you would want it to be. Out of the box it takes a matter of seconds to assemble, no fiddly nonsense, simply push the parts together and crack on.The knee pad is comfortable and the roller is sturdy enough that I'm confident it will not fail under my weight (I'm a little under 17st so you know this is a solid product).The eva grips are soft and comfortable with tonnes of grip so you know your hands aren't going to slip, the wheel it's is firm enough to work on carpets (if you have no choice) yet not so firm as to lose traction on wood or laminate flooring.Overall I really am happy and at that price I think anyone would.EBS don't pretend they're selling the Olympic standard, gold plated, all singing all dancing equipment that the world's best athletes have, but what you do get is exceptional quality equipment at fantastic, affordable prices for everyone from the January Gym club to the serious enthusiast.

I was looking for this type of product for one year and I couldn't find something to meet my expectations.This item seemed to be quite different in photos but, what counted more than anything else was the seller message on the product page, personal and less commercial.The product itself was beyond my expectation: the mat has the right dimensions for its purpose and is high quality.The roller movement is smooth and the handles are made from a durable rubber but soft to the touch.The mounting is very easy.It is a very good product, enough for non-professionals and is a pleasure to use it.

I bought this in September 2016 and it has had fairly frequent use since then. There are plenty of cheaper models on the market, but I had previous experience with Elite Body Squad products and trusted in the brand.For those who don't know, ab rollers are an effective and challenging exercise for strengthening core muscles. Like any exercise, it's important that it is performed with the proper form, so it is a good idea to look up a few Youtube examples before trying to use one yourself if you're unsure.This particular model works well and seems to be well made, but I can't say that it's necessarily better in its function than cheaper models I have used. It's a fairly simple device and I don't think a domestic user would realistically need something this heavy duty - especially given the hefty price tag. The metal core also makes the item heavier, which is something to consider if you plan to travel with it.The mat that comes with it is perfectly adequate. It is, however, folded in two inside the box, so it's a good idea to flatten it out under something heavy before trying to use it and storing it somewhere flat when not in use, such as behind a cupboard.The biggest disappointment came when the branding started to peel away from the handles after only one use. I got in touch with customer services who were very quick to respond and politely offered me the opportunity to return the item or accept a 10% discount. Because the issue was purely cosmetic didn't compromise the use of the item, I gratefully accepted the discount. I think their customer services are very good, but this problem did raise doubts for me about the quality of Elite Body Squad products.Overall, the item works very well and I don't regret my purchase, but it may be sensible to consider cheaper alternatives first.

This core exercise is harder than you can imagine but I wanted to have a go and the roll is sturdy and does what it is intended to do. Price and delivery good.

This is a good product and easy to use. I have used it daily since I received this on 7th May but today the wheel cracked in two places.I can't find the seller contact information to get in touch with them.

When I first assembled the product, I didn't align the two handles (they handle underneath the foam has kind of finger grip dips). The handles fits very tightly and was a challenge to remove once the product is assembled (I only had the handle half on, and it was a pain to remove).Product itself seems like it will last a long time, rather simple construction, all the part seem strong.The wheel was tighter to the axle that I had expected (it doesn't spin freely), providing additional friction when ab-rolling. Never used another ab-wheel, so can't really comment whether that's abnormal.Knee pad is useful, even with the knee pad on my laminated floor I can feel it against my knees, so without it would probably be far far worse.

Fantastic piece of kit, so simple and effective! Can't see any results yet of course however, on the day I received I was straight down. I'm a reasonably fit guy, 40 something and working on a layer of fat to tease out those abdoms. The only problem is I know that I overdid did it on the first day and for the next 5 days could do no more, it was like the old days going down the gym! So gently and carefully at first - treat this thing with respect as if my aging abdoms are anything to go by it will do the trick!

This is a good ab roller. It's really simple to put together and feels sturdy when in use. The foam handles provide enough comfort during use and the knee pad is a great addition and really thick. The whole thing takes up hardly any space to store. If you are looking for an ab roller and understand the benefits and how to use them, this model by Elite Body Squad is definitely worth ordering. I received the roller at a discounted price in return for an honest review.
