Q: Does the lid lock into place as it opens all the way back? My one doesn't go all the way back on its own like I have seen online

It should lock back at about 110 degrees from the vertical. You should feel it click when it locks, it prevents the lid falling into your face when drinking from the lid.

Q: What is the diameter of mouth of the flask at its narrowest point when filling? I'd like to pair it with an appropriately sized tea infuser.

Both of the other persons could have been correct because there are 3 different sizes.I have purchased 3 Zojirushi, Stainless Mugs, Tuff, SM-SC60-HM, 600ml and that gives me less than 4.5cms, which means that it probably is 4.4cms - for the 600ml size.https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BTX5006/ref=cfb_at_prodpg?th=1I have just checked what a tea infuser is and the size shouldn't matter - just buy a 1Ltr or 500ml beaker to pour it into the mug.The advantages of the mug should outweigh the extra step, because if mixing 100ml to 200ml of fridge's cold water into the flask, then since it holds two cups of tea to then place two Tea bags of Lemon and Ginger Tea into it and then fill up to about 1/2" about 1.25cm below the inside rim with hot water; can stay hot for at least 5 hours, doesn't leak, easy to use, and besides being elegant should take higher priority in my opinion but I do admit it is a little expensive

I think the non stick layer is polyflon

Q: What is the reference of this mug? Is the inside has a slicksteel finish?

Highly recommend if you like to drink hot water. It does the job to keep the water hot for at least 4 hours
