It was a big help, as I would of have to drag the cases along the floor. The sides are flexible, for the purpose of opening and closing the trolley. I was worried especially at previous 1 star product reviews: but I am using it for the purpose intended as a light weight trolley for the boot of the car for shopping with items not exceeding 25 Kg, Even, if you had to make a few journeys back and forth to the car to collect your goods, then I think it would serve you well. Some of them were against the products quality.I have to be honest here it does appear flimsy when first inspected but what would one expect when the requirement is for it to be light and a reasonable price. I have to say ROLSON for me have come up trumps, this is an ideal tool for my wife to transport heavy amounts of school books to and fro from car to classroom. We both would recommend this product it is easy to assemble for use and fold flat when required. There are two pieces which sit in the bottom panel which have to be removed and placed on the top of the yellow side panels for additional strength but not really an issue. 25 kilograms is a maximum but i don't think you could find that much weight unless transporting bags of sugar for example. They are sitting in the base but there are no instructions about how to fit them.** A: They clip along the top of the two yellow walls, once the box is fully open. This will lock the box open. **Q: Hi, has anyone tried wheeling it by tucking 1 on top of the other 1? So I can put the heavy stuff in the bottom 1 & vegs, breads etc in the top 1. Thx** A: I haven't tried it but would not recommend as they are thin plastic mine is currently held together with cable ties **Q: Does it have a lid?** A: No it doesn't have a lid - if you wanr a cover adapt a black bin bag. The cart is smaller than the ones that were sold in Staples. **Q: How long is the handle? Many of these trolleys have handles which are too short and give me back ache.** A: I'm 5 foot 8 ins and I have no problems with the handle length. It seems to be slightly smaller than those on cabin sized wheelie suitcases. Mine's filled with heavy books and when tipped slightly it moves smoothly along school corridors. The lightweight brackets keep pinging off.
