**Q: Does this give energy- so take in the morning ? Or does it relax- so take at night ?**
A: One teaspoon morning and night. It won't work overnight but as you take it over time you will feel the difference in your energy levels and immune system. Hope this helps :)

A: This product is good for every kind of ailment, and can be taken anytime with food. Preferably morning and afternoon. I have been using for over 4 years and especially helps my muscle and joint problems. (Long term diabetes and related ailments).

**Q: hi is this plastic or glass botlle plezzz and what benefits you gets plez thx ???**
A: It is plastic bottle and sealed. It seems like 100% pure, and they say so on their website too. However, I am using a different brand now, as it conforms to European regulations. Iman one does not shows anything like that, such as any nutritional analysis. Having said that I have benefitted from this oil, such as night leg cramps, dry eyes joint pains etc are reduced now. In general I can feel a slight improvement in my over all health. I have been taking it only for a few weeks now. I think for any significant effect one may has to wait for a few months.

**Q: is it not better to eat the seeds themselves?**
A: Possibly, however you would need to eat thousands of seeds to get the same benefit from the pure oil that is extracted from those same seeds

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says...at a price!

All the research proves that this oil is super good for you, and I agree completely. We have all read the reviews about how nasty it tastes. Some say chase it with juice or add a dollop of honey and prepare yourself for the burn. None of them are wrong. Oh it's nasty and it burns going down and I figure the sacrifice of stripping my throat and taste buds is worth it for the endgame. But what nobody - NOBODY - is talking about is that everytime you burp or hiccup, you relive the whole experience again. No jokes. Nothing will remove the taste either...coffee, chewing gum, food...nothing. It does fade by mid-afternoon (if you take in the morning) and is a bit more tolerable, but it still lingers. Don't get me wrong, it's totally worth it. But I guess if I were trying to make the decision to embark on this journey again, it's another 'con' i'd want to stack up on the right side of the page before I ultimately jumped in with both feet.
