A: Yes this is suitable for a vegetarian diet

**Q: how many mls would be in this bottle/jar?**
A: 200 mls

**Q: Would I be able to use this to make it look like water on my cake by adding blue food colouring**
A: It's difficult to say without knowing exactly what you're trying to achieve, I used this in a recipe to make edible glass with blue dye in for a frozen cake, and it worked really well. Unsure how it works as a raw ingredient uncooked. Sorry can't be of anymore help... Good luck!

**Q: Can I mix the product with food colouring**
A: I don't know for sure but assume that if the food colouring is disolveable in water then it would disolve in liquid glucose.
