Q: What's the difference between 8sg and 10sg and the one marked GP

I don't know about GP, but 8 and 10 mean that you get results for 8 or 10 things. 8 has leu, nit, pro, ph, blo, sg, ket and glu. 10 has those all plus uro & bil. I think that you could find the "manual" to these from the internet. I check mostly glu & ph. I had earlier version with 8 things and I think that it was easier to use, because I had bigger "dry part" on the stick, with ten the test stick or strip (i don't know what it's called) is as long as the one with 8 things to measure; so it's harder to manage to do the test without dipping also your fingers to the urine... :-)

I do not fully understand question. The item I bought has Use-by date of 16 August 2016 which is about 2 years from date of purchase. These strips must be kept in a dry and cool storage and if properly stored should be usable for a bit longer. I think the question you need to ask your supplier is "If I buy one container of strips now, what is the expiry date printed on the container that you be sending to me?"
