Some of these are an acquired taste
Arrived on time.As has been said these are small compared to normal bars. These do give a taste of Japanese chocolates and shows the different flavours of Kit Kat available. All the Kit Kat bars are tasty. The small square sweets are hit and miss - some are tasty some have an unusual taste for my western palate. It was good to get it as a test but I do not think I will get another one unless it was all Kit Kats and the bars were bigger or the price was lower -I know that the price has to cover import costs but if there has to be a balance between cost and value for money.

These are a bite size for kids at most
These are nice but so tiny there not worth the money in my opinion

Small size but cute gift for fans of Japanese culture or unusual sweets
Bag contained a fairly wide variety of Japanese chocolates (KitKat and Tirol). There was also an illustrated sheet featuring the individual types of each chocolate, though there was some slight variation to packet design in cases.Tirols are small, individually foil/paper wrapped chunks of chocolate. Some duplicates of certain flavours. They are bite sized. Most of them were quite nice but there was one milk chocolate flavour that had the aftertaste that can also be found in US Hersheys. Flavours included chestnut, cookie&cream, rice crisp.Kitkats are also smaller than regular commercial size. Fun-size Kitkats? Each packed Kitkat had two sticks approximately the size of my pinky finger each. The flavours were more interesting and appealing than the Tirol pieces (salt lemon, matcha latte, regular matcha, sweet potato...)If you are looking to order this based on the size of the chocolates inside, you will be disappointed. But it was nice to have a taste of different varieties of Kitkat that are not readily available in other countries. I would not buy it regularly for myself, but it would make a nice gift for someone that's interested in Japanese foods, or other unusual chocolates.

Don't buy these
This is not as shown. They are tiny sample size and therefore ridiculously expensive.

Varied, tasty and unique gift but small and overpriced.
I understand the UK price to get Japanese sweets has always been rather high but someone is clearly making a great profit on these. Around the size of a standard Haribo bag and worth no more than a few pounds if purchasing in Japan. Check the size and read other reviews before you buy. The recipient of the gift loved them but would laugh if I said how much they cost. The other candy boxes are larger and have much more in so what gives? ( Also, it’s worth noting that in Japan the expiry date is reverse to UK so people complaining they’re out of date must be either unlucky or reading wrong )

Taste of Japan
Bought this as a gift for my other half as we'd had to cancel our trip to Japan. Fantastic selection and just the right size to sample a variety of products.

misleading
these kitkats taste great, and it was great to find falours we do not get over here in the uk, however i feel highly disapointed, and mislead, no where does it say in the listing that these are tiny kitkats and not full size, so don't fall into that trap, the advert NEEDS updating to state that these are tiny kitkats, and nowhere near normal size, this is not obvious from the picture, nor is it in the listing, food itself is 5 stars, but it is lucky to not get 1 because of the FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTISING

Don't expect standard kit kats
It's a small box of small things, but then I knew that when I bought it. I bought it as a novelty item, which is what it's intended for. I'm very pleased.
