Wind-Action Owl (prepped)

Looks like the picture & so far NO pigeons/crows etc splatting 💩 on my garden furniture. A good size & easy to fill with the plug at the base.

THIS IS STILL SITTING IN MY GARDEN AS I RE-SEEDED IT BUT THE BIRDS ARE STILL IN EVERY DAY & TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE OF IT. LOOKS GOOD BUT DEFO HAS'NT DETERRED ANY BIRDS. DIDNT DO THE JOB IT SAID IT WOULD, SORRY. LAURA N. ✌️😁✌️

A surprisingly effective bird deterrent that looks realistic and is lightweight enough to position almost anywhere in the garden. The wind-action movement adds a bit of unpredictability, which seems to help keep nuisance birds away from vulnerable areas. It's humane, easy to set up and weather resistant. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that some birds eventually seem to realise it's a decoy, so moving it occasionally helps maintain its effectiveness. Overall, a good value and attractive addition to the garden.

It didn’t have the desired effect that I was after as I had pigeons near it within 10 minutes of putting it out. Build quality seems ok but the head barely turns in the wind, it seems to serve more as a garden ornament rather than an actual deterrent to pigeons. The price was reasonable on Amazon as I had seen the exact same product in a garden centre for £25.

Looks authentic and the head moved in some breezes. However the pigeons liked it and sat next to it thinking it was a new friend!! So, not effective at deterring them.

I’ve set this up at around 5’ above ground in between the apple and pear trees… three solid albeit flexible poles propped inside it give it flexibility and the head turns ‘naturally’..haven’t seen a pigeon or sparrow hawk since …. highly recommend this but take a bit of time to set it up right and you’ll love it…. A few friends even thought we had an owl :)

Do not purchase. Does not work. I purchased this and put it up instantly to stop piegons eating grass seed I had put down. Within an hour pigeons were in the garden and not bothered by this owl ornament. Contacted seller and I would have to pay return fee as not faulty or damaged. I would say its sole purpose is to stop birds landing in your garden so in my opinion it is faulty. Avoid the same mistake I made.

Mi búho , bonito . Me hace compañía los pajaritos pequeños se van Ahora, si pones un vídeo de Internet, con el sonido de las lechuzas, eso sí que es eficaz . Algunos son hasta de 8 horas y sin anuncia. Hoy he encontrado uno de 12 horas 😳😜

Funziona abbastanza bene contro piccioni e passeri che prima invadevano la mia piscina. Problema praticamente risolto (almeno per adesso). Ho però dovuto effettuare una semplice modifica aggiungendo due striscie di plastica trasparente ai lati della testa per migliorare la rotazione della testa con il vento. Messo a terra funziona meno. Molto più efficace posizionato su un'asta con base a circa un metro di altezza da terra. Il prodotto è ben fatto e di gradevole aspetto.
