English is on side of box . You need 250gof mix and 300 ml warm water . Pour warm water into bowl and gradually add the flowers you mix well with a spatula. Continues for ringing IL the dough is rather consistent and no lumps remain let stand for 15 minutes . Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and pipe mix into pan fry until golden brown . Remove from pan and sprinkle with icing sugar . I hope this helps but you should find this on side of packet .
