What is the sell by/use by date

11/2021 and we have had ours ages

My 1l bottle arrived this morning from chemistdirect but was not sealed. Is this normal?

Evry single bottle that I have received has never been sealed so I'm not sure why or if it should be sealed or not...my husband uses it and he's never been concerned. X

Does it get rid of bad breath???
