All flavours are nice and because I only wanted a diluted flavour I have found one sachet in a litre bottle of water is plenty and you still get a good flavour. So far I have manager to up my liquid up take to 1 and half litres a day and feel so much better in the mornings. Love the fact they are in small sachets so you can put them in your bag/pocket for when your out and about and just tip on in a bottle of water. Pluss if you add a packet of the lemonade to some green tea and add peach syrup it's just like costas peach ice tea, albeit you need the other things but if you have them then the cost per drink is like less than £,1 compared to the coffee shops tis a good saving if its your favourite drink. I suppose you could do the same with the others flavours.
