Yes, I found the same, the spray maximiser cannot be used with the larger 55g can of Toppix, but I found the maximiser too concentrated anyhow

You need to apply to dry hair and you must use a hairspray to keep the fibres in place. Hope that helps.

Will this applicator fit on the 27.5g hair fibre bottle? And whats the min size it will also fit sp 2 questions?

To be honest the one I bought did not fit my Toppik Cannister - I now no longer use this product in its entirety - it once served a purpose and almost became an addiction - and I a slave to it. Its been two years since my last purchase I no longer use it and/or want to use it. I did try and explain to the seller the applicator sold to be for the biggest size can did not fit - I was not sent a replacement and/or refund from memory and continued to apply the old fashioned way shake shake on the top - I hope that helps - Sincere apology that I cannot help
