Delicious
Sweetened coconut is a game changer when making carrot cake; it makes the cake so moist. It is shredded in such a way it adds texture to the cake and is not lost in the batter mix.

I bought this to make London cheesecakes but the bits were really small and didnโt have the same bite to them. Extremely sweet too.

I have tasted a lot of coconut in my life.But this was actually the best and freshest and most delicious that i've had in years. Came packaged well , and I was very pleased. The reason I took one star off is because it's pretty expensive for the smaller bag that you get.
