It does contain most of the vitamins we need on a daily basis, including the unusual K1. I also like it that it is sublengual, and gets better and more quickly absorbed into the bodily system. I liked this spray version of a multivitamin because of the benefits of spray vitamins and how they are absorbed well and having tried other Better You products before I knew I'd be getting a good quality product. The multivitamin has 14 vitamins. The formulation contains the full spectrum of B vitamins, including folic acid, combined with A, C, D, K1 and other key minerals. The spray is easy to use and comes out well most of the time, sometimes it wouldn't spray properly which is frustrating but it's not too bad. The spray lasts just over a month with four sprays a day and I'd like to be able to say it tastes good but it doesn't, it tastes absolutely disgusting. I make sure to have a drink nearby to get rid of the taste! The vitamin does seem to work well and I like the range of vitamins included in it. I feel better when taking this and I think this is what matters most though I am looking for more whole food and natural vitamins in the future as I feel this could be better if it was more natural. This is a good and affordable vitamin that works well but with its gross taste and the fact it's not as natural as I'd like I'll probably use a different vitamin in the future.
