Are these compatible with a Dremel 3000?

I use a bidi , bidi, standard chuck? this is exactly like a standard mains power drill chuck but bidi: these chucks are aviable on amazon. It is possible to work glass with this sort of kit, but you will require a great deal of patience, what is required for glass is diamond impregnated tooling, this tooling generally uses industrial grade diamond dust and although a bit more will have to be spent on this tooling it will be worth it::.

Are these mandrels accurate enough to be used with proxxon collets? i know they will be ok with the chuck but collets require accurate sizing.
