Retro Sweets Hamper: Just Treats Lunar Retro Sweets Gift Hamper: Jam Packed with the Best Ever Retro Sweets

I have bought two of these in the back Friday sale which was half the price of the normal value. I am extremely pleased with them. We have everything in the box as listed. The box was very durable and thick. The packaging is really nice with some lovely colours on and the company logo. You get lots of sweets included with a lot of variety. The quality of the product is overall really good and I would definitely recommend this if you are thinking about buying it. It's perfect for a gift on any occasion :) Thank you

Wow- Amazing product, I bought this as a Christmas filler for my son and daughter ... I ordered 2. And they were AMAZING!!!!! Full to the brim with swheets and candy, my children absolutely loved it !!! Fantastic value for money and for something so cheap- it’s a big big gift to open! I will be definitely be ordering another one soon. Very happy customer, delivered on time, big sturdy box, and filled to the brim with gorgeous sweets and candy! Highly recommend- fantastic value for money !!!!

I came across this product completely by accident, i was actually looking at electrical products but seeings as my boyfriend is a massive sweetie fan I decided to purchase it as a xmas stocking filler. Ordered in the afternoon of friday 28/11/14 and was given a 3-5 working day free delivery date, it then arrived on the am of monday1/12/14, wow!! Was surprised when I received the email telling me it was being delivered and even more shocked to see it arrive. Wouldnt of got a quicker delivery even if I had paid. Opened the box up and I am pleased with the products and I know my boyfriend will love it, plenty of choice and good amounts. Family members have even decided to purchase the product as they were impressed with it. Brilliant :)

This was a gift for Xmas and I was pleased with the box and its contents. It is an excellent collection of retro sweets and there's plenty in there for everyone from Parma violets to Sherbet Fountains etc. and the picture is accurate to the content. The mix gives a nice nostalgic feel if you're in your 40s like me. These sweets are expensive to buy these days although I remember the old days where a 10 pence mix would get you twenty of these kind of sweets in the local shop. Those were the days, but sadly they are gone and these are a nice alternative and relatively good value buy.

Despite the critical reviews left by other people saying they received less than what they should have, expired sell by dates, delivery stickers on the gift box, leaky sweets, amongst other things, I took a gamble and picked this up expecting to leave a negative review too. Pleased to say that isn't the case. I received every sweet as advertised, no items were past their expiry date, and the packaging was in pristine condition with no delivery stickers attached directly to the sweet boxes. But that may have been because I ordered 2 different boxes from the seller and they were both placed in a single cardboard box for delivery, so purchase a single pack at your own risk if you plan to give it as a gift to someone, I suppose. This black box in the pictures was literally stuffed. I took most things out to check I received everything and had a slight problem trying to close it properly again after refilling it. Pictures attached of all items received along with the packaging.

I got my boyfriend this retro sweet hamper for Valentine's Day and there's a great range of sweets from our childhood. It's well presented so great for any sweet tooth - I'll list all the sweets I received at the bottom. We've ended up sharing the sweets (especially if there are ones he's not much of a fan of). There is a mix of vegetarian and not vegetarian sweets, so you will need to check the packets or do your research if that affects you (I'm veggie, so I had to double-check some of them!). I can see I didn't receive everything in the image (e.g. jelly beans), but I still got a good variety that I'm happy with. It wasn't too bad for £17.53 either, but I don't know how much these sweets cost individually anyway. The list of sweets I received are: Flying Saucers, white mice, x1 Double Dip, x1 Dip Dap, shrimps & bananas, Rainbow Drops, Flumps (marshmallow), candy sticks (& tattoo), bubble gum strips, x1 Fini roller fizz x1 chewy nougat, x2 Softies (orange & apple), x2 Parma Violets, x2 Fizzers, x3 Tango popping candy (apple, orange & cherry), x1 candy necklace, x2 fruit salads, x2 Black Jack's, x2 sherbet tubs (cola & cherry), x1 Wham, x2 mini Love Hearts, x2 Bubbly bubblegum, x1 Fizz Wizz strawberry popping candy, x1 sherbert fountain, x1 Love Hearts lipstick, x1 whistle, x7 lollipops (including 2 chub chubs and 1 sherbert), strawberry Jawbreakers, x2 chocolate coins, x1 Fredo, x1 Curly Wurly, x2 drumsticks, x1 Drumstick stick, x1 Refreshers discs, x1 Refreshers stick, x2 small Refreshers, x1 Cadbury's dairy milk little bar and x2 Jazzles (milk & white chocolate).

Totally worth the money with all that u get in there too its a bargain in my eyes! i saw alot of negative feedback after i purchased and was worried but ive checked all the dates and it was all fine the kids are loving life right now ! THANKYOU! Oh also SUPER PROMPT i ordered this a day or two ago and it was much earlier than expected im going to (try) upload some pictures .

Headline says it all. If you too are middle aged and stuck for a Secret Santa gift and don't want to ask probing, yet discreet, questions about what people like then this is for you. The simple joy in someone rediscovering a childhood favourite sweet is the gift that keeps on giving, until the recriminations of making them eat all those sweets start!
