What are the internal dimensions of the case?

The inner length of the case (from top to bottom) is just slightly under 9 inches or 22.5cm.On the left side you have the entire length of space, whereas on the right side, there is a small pouch going across the top third of the space. If you plan on putting anything in this pouch, that will leave about 6cm of length underneath. Otherwise it could just lay flat under whatever you put over it. The width of each individual half is 5.5 inches or 14cm.The depth of each individual side is about 0.7 inches or a little over 2cm. However when the case is closed, this depth easily doubles once you take into account the fact the case can stretch a little bit and the space that the zipper gives accounts for another 0.7 inches when closed.

Does this come with a shoulder strap?

No it does not come with a strap. There are no ‘D Rings’ to attach straps to either. It’s meant to be either hand held or for keeping travel documents etc together and kept inside e.g a travel bag.

Will an iPhone 6 fit in the top pocket?

Not sure which is the top pocket - but there is room for iPhone 6 several places
