Great way to get your B-6 into the bloodstream. Great for the nervous system.
B-6 is an important vitamin, especially for anyone with any type of nerve damage. I always use sublinguals when available, bypassing the stomach, they go directly into the bloodstream. I really dislike the taste of these, but take them daily because I know they are helping me. I take several types of sublinguals and would definitely recommend them to anyone who takes supplements.

Yuck
These taste terrible. They take a long time to dissolve, but they seem to soak in under your tongue better than those that dissolve right away

Great Taste
Nice mint almost disguising the medicine. Better than chemical “ natural flavors“

Awful taste
Absolutely disgusting taste. Why would I ever want to dissolve this in my mouth for a minor sublingual benefit? I'll never buy this one again after this bottle is through.

Didn’t meet expectations
Gave me a bit of the ick. Did not improve energy at all. Taste was odd and it didn’t dissolve well.

It seems to be working, and the peppermint does not overwhelm me
One tablet per day seems to be helping what I call the fake (i.e., idiopathic) neuropathy in my feet. I am sensitive to peppermint (I can't go near Altoids or someone sucking on one, and even peppermint Tums make me sneeze) but the very mild peppermint in this does not bother me. I dissolve the tablet under my tongue, and it feels a little hot/cool, but is not uncomfortable for me. I was concerned about the peppermint because of another comment posted here, and was relieved to discover that It does not bother me.

Bought to stave off morning sickness quick!
Excellent source of b6 since some ppl can't even absorb the product. (BET you didn't know that) that's right some ppl can't absorb b6 , you gotta take a blood test to find out..And frankly, I'm not wasting time or money. So I went this route as likely the sure fire way to get it in. This kind is formulated differently the. All the rest, so you can absorb it. I bought for morning sickness, not sure if the B6 mixed chelated magnesium helped or if I just got lucky this time around Cuz I barely have any. The taste doesn't bother me but if you are having extreme morning sickness, it could bother you, if that's the case just swallow them whole. This is the thing, usually for these to be effective you have to start early before you find out. For example I was chelated magnesium high doses 6 months before I was preggers. So I didn't know about b6, until I knew I was pregnant, which was a few weeks before the test, still late. But again, I had some time to get them in my system since my morning sickness didn't hit until 6-7 weeks. Just give them a try if you are sick, if things don't improve by 5th week, they probably won't. And tell your doc you are taking Cuz I think there's a time limit on how long..
