Works good for my needs

Excellent quality, robust extension leads

Had this cable for a very long time now. Its definitely worth the money i paid. It fits all the cables i need, and has connected very well despite its length. Speaking of, the thickness makes it very durable, although not very flexible. I like the look of it, but the speed isnt too good due to it being usb A.Edited: 15 months after purchase it still charges, but the data transfer capability has gone.

Needed a USB extension for my Honda Insight in-car audio. For some reason the sat nav has only a short USB connection for an iPod Classic 120GB (it has a HDD) that ends in the glove box. I needed a 2m extension to run the USB down the transmission tunnel to the centre console storage where the iPod can sit in a rubber holster. An old USB 1 extension wouldn't work reliably, possibly as it could not carry the current to power the iPod when charging its battery too or the amount of EMC noise in the tunnel was too great (with lots of other car wiring loom in there). The head end kept losing connection to the iPod. This Ugreen cable was much chunkier and as a USB 3 cable, has more shielding and thicker power conductors. The plug and socket are not too chunky, so could fit in the existing plastic panel cutouts and the plug and socket are snug fits for other USB plugs/sockets so they won't lose connection when vibrated or wiggled. The iPod now works perfectly in the centre console, where it belongs.

Bought it to extend a coiled cable to PC to a high power keyboard. Was initially worried that the expensive coiled cable wouldn't work due to the power drop with this extension (as the length would go over 3 meters). This worked perfectly (other extenders did not), and did not compromise the power draw at all. This is connected permanently now, with zero issues to report.
