CHISINLY Headphone Adapter - Black

I want to say firstly that I think the construction quality of the product is fine and the seller delivered on time, although this isn't a seller review! It has 5A fuse fitted (I would swap that for a 1A fuse). There's "but" though. My (UK) Braun (Braun shaver and Oral B/Braun toothbrush) plugs don't fit it. They have their two pins spaced 17mm apart and the outlets on this adaptor are spaced 19mm apart. It's a shame and it would appear that this is perhaps made for a different standard?

It would be useful if Amazon & sellers could make it clear exactly which plug is being sold: either the plug which opens up and can fit the smaller europlug, or the plug shown in the advertisement picture (into which a shaver plug can fit). They are very different.Based on other reviews I have bought two from different vendors, and received:1. The one I was looking for (with diamond shaped opening - top one in attached photo), bought from one of the Chinese sellers, into which a shaver EU plug fits nicely and snugly, and then hangs vertically down the wall.2. Another one (square opening and flips open to accommodate a standard europlug (which I won't return, since I can use it for other europlugs in the future, like the pink hair straightener one in attached photo). The Braun shaver plug I am using does not fit into this.If anyone can inform me which UK sellers provide the first plug (with diamond-shaped opening) which conforms to BS standards, that would be helpful as well!

excellent product.sellers you maybe don't want to know this but we have used them now for about 6 weddings and they look as good now as they did for the first!we tied them with a loop around the pew ends and they just lifted off to be stored in a large carrier bag for the next wedding the following week!when order arrived I only received half the number ordered. online packets had said packs of 2 and there were only single bows sent. this was rectified by return of post without quibble. excellent service.they are easy to assemble and look simple and elegant.some couple opted for alternate pews and others just did all the front ones.I think I shall recycle them too by using for craft projects!

Last Christmas, I bought a light projector thingy (not from Amazon) and it didn't come with a UK plug on it and the lead was only 2 foot long :-O, I was very disappointed with it. When I saw this I thought that I would be able to use it so that I could use my light projector thingy and it does the job perfectly :-D. I still can't use the thing outside, as depicted in the Facebook advert, but it looks nice casting sparkles on my hall ceiling and spiked into the dirt on a plant I have in the hall.

Delivery good. This was purchased in the hope of eliminating a video camera firewire to firewire connection. This connection has meant holding on to an out of date laptop as it is the only pc I have with a firewire connection. Unfortunately the usb to firewire does not work with the video camera.

Bargain price and received next day via Prime. I arranged for it to be sent directly to my daughter in her uni digs and it was appreciated as she couldn't use her new hair tongs without this. Being able to send to another address is a brilliant option - otherwise I would have had to send it on to her and this would have added days before she could use it. And at the price of just £1.69 delivered is bonkers. It was twice the price at Toolstation and Screwfix and was not really an option anyway for my daughter. Bargain and works - what else do you want???

For the price this does the job superbly. The stylus pen is pointless for an iPhone, no pun intended.The only reason i give it four instead of five stars, four and half was not an option, is that it flips at the wrong end for me. I would prefer it if it hinged at the top rather than the bottom as the bottom is where the charging cable goes and it has to sit unprotected from little fingers whilst charging. Aslo when I go to use it I always end up having it upside down as the flip is at the wrong end for how my squiffy brain works.Other than that it's great. Other than ports and buttons noen of the phone is left unprotceted. The magnetic clip has never failed, even when dropped. It has front and back padding built in so there are no arks on the screen. It does make the phone a bit bigger than a normal rubber cover but the don't offer the same level of protection.

I've had two of these so the rating is an average, one from "ExpressPro" (1 Star), one from "STANDISH TRADING" (5 Star).The one from "STANDISH TRADING" was exactly like the item pictured with a standard Philips head screw, easily remover, and it popped open to fit the plug in, then screwed back into place.I can categorically state that the item sold by "ExpressPro" is not the same item, it looks similar but instead of a Philips head it has a stupid safety screw which even when removed, does not make the plug open able without significant force (So don't even try it), instead you can try to slide the plug into the adapter, but the receptors for the plug inside the adapter are significantly too narrow and made of such is so flimsy metal that they snap.

Waste of money

The product isn’t even the one in the pictures- sent some random part of a plug which is definitely not what’s on the pictures- won’t be ordering again

Broke after light use. Definitely not built to last.

Works brilliant and means I can charge and listen to music at the same time win win

Amazing! The struggle of wanting your phone to charge as well as listen to music was annoying but now I can do both which is great!

Only lasted 2 1/2 months. Failed just a few weeks outside return window. Very disappointed. Now has to be held a certain way for earphones to work. No sign of damage.
