I’m sorry I don’t understand your question. I can only say they are good, quite big but I swallow them ok because they are torpedo shaped. You only need one capsule per day and I have taken them for many years. Various different brands but these seem pretty good and not too expensive at the moment. obviously a good thing as you get more inside the capsule. BUT, the capsules are massive. took me a few days to get used to swallowing them. hopefully the benfits make it worthwhile. so if you struggle swallowing tablets/capsules, these arent for you. on positive side, they are great value and superfast delivery..will buy again
