Are these suitable for 10 year olds?

Hi there, I'm a nutritional biochemist, and yes, this product is safe for a ten year old to take at the right intake. The usual adult intake is 3000mg daily for regular consumption, so for a ten year old (adult intake starts at 12), then you might choose 1000mg daily - by piecing the capsule and putting onto bread and butter or similar, or even better, by mixing in with savoury food. Hope this helps your decision.

Hi, are these in a plastic bottle or glass please?

Plastic. How much would it cost to send glass bottles through the post!!??

Is the fish used from the Pacific?

There's nothing on the packaging to say where the fish is from that the oil is taken.

Are they Enteric coated?

Unsure what u mean by enteric coated my friend, can u elaborate please?
