hi there i ordered this on my mothers account here, well the tablet them self are orange and there about 2 and half centimeters long but are easy to swallow with a small drop of water or any liquid, i would recommend to anyone looking for a bigger kick i am taking them to improve on my brain function along with my hart and health but yes i would recommend, oww and make shore you reed the label if your pregnant or under medical supervision.

Good value for money, used many times can't go wrong, easy to take

I've given these 1000mg Omega 3 Fish Oil tablets 5 stars on the basis that I have not suffered any adverse effects from taking them. As is the case with all food supplements, it is particularly hard to judge the efficacy of the product. That said, the benefits of fish oils is reasonably well-supported by the science so I'll continue to take them. This large pack represented extremely good value for money and would certainly be worthwhile buying if more than one person in your household enjoys the benefits of frequent fish oil consumption.

I chose this rating because the product is suitable to compensate for a lack of fresh fish in my diet. I find a significant improvement in my overall health when I take this product and a decline when I do not. I would recommend it as a food supplement for over 60's, or for those who live a busy life-style and do not have time to cook.

These Omega 3 capsules were the cheapest by far and although I normally buy a branded name I decided to give these a try. They are excellent. I take these supplements for some muscle problems and if I stop them for a week or so the pains return. These tablets have proved just as effective as the premium brands and they are really great value for money. I will not be buying anything else from here on.
