Great little heater fantastic value for moneyI use in my office space as a personal heater.I don’t need to heat the room so this works perfectlyThe heater is ideal for small spaces but would struggle to heat up a full size room

Good quality product, which was unfortunately dropped five minutes after opening packaging. Hit hard floor, thought that’s it, but plugged in switched on and it all operated fine. Have used many times since with no issues, does a good job.Not too noisy, easy to switch between hot and hotter. Fan speed is more than adequate spreading heat and it all adds up to a comforting night.

It just doesn’t work at all. I have read the instructions but it makes no different the unit is completely non. Operational. Please advise what I should do now, Ns I have contacted the supplier via email.Lesley bridges
