This is a great product at a really good price. Much cheaper than buying single kgs. The only fault of the seller is choosing a delivery company which lies when they say the item was handed to the customer. It was not. Fortunately I have great neighbours.

Used this regularly while training for a half marathon and it made a big difference. Helps ease muscle aches and feels relaxing after long runs. Great value for the amount you get.

Worth every penny to buy in bulk. I recommend Epsom salts for a deep soak in every other bath. Avoid washing your hair with it though. Recommend to buy posh oils to add to the bath water.

I always buy the10kg then transfer into a smart pretty jar. So I wanted to express how good Epsom Salts are in case you are not aware. I have serious health conditions in my back, hips and legs. Spondylitis L4/5, Osteoarthritis, curvature of my spine, osteoarthritis in my hips, and sciatica and cramps in my legs. Apart from using strong hemp cream, just on its own, cream doesn’t work. I have a bath, and put a mug full in a medium hot bath, well as hot as you can safely feel comfortable. Soak for 20 minutes, has to be around 20 minutes to take the full impact of healing, or longer. Soaking does 100% get rid of the pain of my day, and I actually ran out, so for three days of waiting all my legs cramps, sciatica came back with a vengeance. Agony isn’t the word, the pain took my breathe away. Ailments if major like mine won’t disappear as it is part of me forever, but what it does do is relax me and have no pains in my legs for the rest of the evening and can actually sleep as so calming. I have a lack of magnesium in my calf and that is why I get cramps. I did use Magnesium in my bath, however found cleaning my bath horrendous as it is an enamel bath. So switched back to Epsom salts, which basically does the same trick. On the instructions I tend not to use what is recommended, everyone is different as in why it is useful.. I do bathe in Epsom every night, have not found it drying my skin. It has sorted my husbands eczema out and all cleared up, he had this for 10 years. Because of using the salts every night, I do tend to use a little less when my pain isn’t as high in the pain barrier. Definitely helps relax and feel sleepy afterwards. Also softens all the body. If like many you haven’t a bath, no worries, for soaking feet or arms, use a bucket with hot water and soak. Painful hips use a salt compress really warm and apply and hold on hips, shoulders etc. A lot of bubble baths, bombs and the like are not all natural and make me itch which I found out when I ran out. I buy this just before I run out about a week. Coming from the supplier whom I have used many times, isn’t the fastest. I get spoilt by prime, but this isn’t one of the next day delivery options with prime currently. 100% recommend for a fabulous healing soak, or just an excellent source for your body being natural. ⭐️Thank you to the seller ⭐️I hope my review helps you

The magnesium itself is decent and I use it for baths. I’ve taken one star off because the tub had burst at the bottom, which meant I had to decant the magnesium into another 10kg container and then clean up a fair amount from the kitchen floor and worktop. The delivery box wasn’t damaged, but a section of the base where it meets the side had split. I usually buy a more expensive 10kg magnesium and I suspect it uses stronger packaging, which avoids this issue.

After spending a day in the garden, I often come in feeling as stiff as a board and have run a hot bath to try and ease the muscles. A friend of mine who is frequently going for massages recommended using a handful of Epsom Salts and a handful of Himalayan salts in the bath. This would not only remove a lot of the muscle stiffness, but also help with a great nights sleep. I purchased a couple of packs of these salts and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the results. The only down side was the fact that both salts consisted of rather large crystals - so when in the bath - it felt as if you were sitting on rather a lot of grit - which was quite unpleasant, plus they were also very expensive as you didn't get much in the pack. Looking through Amazon - I spotted these 10KG buckets of Epsom and Himalayan Salts. The grains appeared to be very much smaller to the ones that I had originally purchased, plus the price was significantly cheaper - hence the purchase. The Packaging was excellent and the arrival of the salts was very fast. The grain size is like standard salt grains (just like Saxa Salt) and by adding some boiling water to the two handfuls of salt grains for my bath, the salt totally dissolves - hence no more gritty baths. My parents who are in their 80's have also been converted to using these salts on a regular basis as well. Ideally, have a bath in the evening and you will find that you sleep like a baby at night, only to wake up in the morning feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated. So overall verdict - I would have no hesitation in recommending these salts. I have personally gone 50/50 with my parents on these as two lots of 10KG salt is rather a lot for just one person to get through - but in saying that - both of us love roses and they also benefit from Epsom salts too!
