I wanted a alternative to 100% cotton face flannels. I was getting so annoyed with cotton due to them smelling two days after using. These cotton bamboo cloths are a cross between cotton and microfibres but environmentally friendly and with anti bacterial properties. The outcome is reduced laundry and I would suggest better than 100% cotton as they are super soft.
