Is this 1000mcg of active folate or folate derived from 1000mcg of Quatrefolic glucosamine salt? I ask since gluc. salt is only about 50% absorbable.

I need to know if this is the same as Deplin 15gm? I typed this in, and this is the product that came up. Is it the same? Thanks!

Hi Hannah- while this supplement did seem to help a little, even taking 15 pills a day (equal to one 15mg. of deplin), it really didn't come close to how much better I feel taking deplin. So in my opinion- not the same & not worth it. And also, I recently started taking the deplin capsules instead of tablets, and for me at least, I found that worked even better-it made a big difference in my mood over the tablet form. What's the difference between this product and jarrow brand methyl folate 5-mthf ?

Jarrow is good and I use some of their products, but love this brand for this product.
