I am b12 deficiency and have been injected just the once. Will this work for me or should I go for the 1000 strength b12

I use it combined, B Complex Liquid (excellent product!) and B12 strength 1000 mcg. It is good that all B vitamins are in balance, rather than taking only one (e.g. B12 only). Thus, the combination of B Complex Liquid and B12 seems the best option when one is deficient in B12. It is important, however, to avoid Cyanocobalamin, one of four types of B12 available, that is completely synthetic and uses a lot of important nutrients from our body in the process of transformation into a form our organism can use at all. The two types of B12 found in B Complex Liquid are both good options - Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, together with Hydroxocobalamin (with a slight preference for the Methylcobalamin). Liquid form of B12 is to be preferred with as few ingredients as possible, e.g. purified water and B12 only. I hope this helps. :)

it says not to be taken with juice ? then it should be with food or without food ?

It should not make any difference if you are absorbing it sublingually (which you should be), as it is not being absorbed through your GI tract. It is likely discouraged to take with acidic foods (fruit juice) as it breaks down the vitamin/ prevents absorbtion.
