We haven't had any hairball issues, but my cat was having issues with straining when going to the litterbox, and these treats have helped tremendously. He gets one a day (sometimes two when he begs and I can't refuse), and the money is well worth it because they've made a huge quality of life difference for my cat. Because he loves the chicken flavor so much, he happily jumps up onto my lap and we have a whole little routine built around these Churu treats. They smell is a little strong, but anything for my little guy. Wish the package held more treats, but it's an excellent serving size, and made with real chicken. I smoosh the contents of the tube before opening to make sure the ingredients are all mixed - the start can get watery otherwise. Would totally recommend you try these if your cat isn't drinking enough water, and has issues with going to the bathroom. 10 stars.

They said the best they give them to my rag dolls every morning and it seems to help their digestive system and their bowels. I tried other types and it just did not work they would end up having hairballs. I highly recommend them

I’ve been buying these treats regularly for about 3 years now. I have a very fluffy, long-haired cat, and I use a full routine for hairball control — brushing, pumpkin, Laxatone, and treats like these. From my experience, these Churu hairball treats really help. My cat sheds less, her coat looks healthy, and digestion is very regular. I’ve also seen what happens when cats don’t get proper hairball support. One of my cats used to cough a lot, and we thought it was asthma. After starting hairball remedies (including treats like this), along with proper care, the issue went away. It turned out he had a lot of hair buildup over time. That’s why I take prevention seriously now. I use both skin & coat and hairball control products, and I see a clear difference. My fluffy cat actually sheds less than my short-haired ones now, and overall health looks better. In my opinion, this is a useful and effective treat if you want to support your cat’s digestion and reduce hairballs.

I have 2 cats with constant hairball issues and use pumpkin, high fiber diets, whatever I can find. Took my fussiest fat cat to a new vet and to keep her calm, vet kept putting little "drips" of this on a tongue depressor. I had just seen Churu as yet another option for hairballs, but did not buy it because it is expensive and though most reviews were positive, too expensive as a personal test because the only option was for 24 tubes and it costs almost $1 for each tube -ugh. That said, as fate would have it, the vet brought it out - HUGE success for calming my fussy loud growler! I asked the vet about hairballs and she said I should give it a try. It is high calorie though, and with a fat cat.... anyway, we will see how it goes for hairball problems. I fed her most of 1st tube today as I groomed her. She HATES to be brushed (my other 2 beg for it - go figure!), but sort of mimicking the vet's trick, I smeared this chicken Churu (to the point of hardly seeing it) all around a plate and she purred and licked that plate clean whilst I was able to thoroughly brush her! So even if the Churu doesn't help 100%, maybe being able to brush her dense coat will. I gave the other cats the remaining minor portion out of the tube and they lapped it up as well! I have enough for a lifetime, but hopefully it is a winner for hairballs!

We buy these every other week for our kitties. I truly think it is helping with hairball maintenance for our long haired cats and they're obsessed with their churus. Win win

been using this brand and when this brand did call it hairball control for a couple years now. And it helps my kitty cat so much when he is having hair balls or he had hair ball stuck and needs to come out. My cat is a clean freak so hair balls are an issue with him most times. but this is a life savor when needed. I recommend trying it. and cheaper this way than buying in store

I just purchased this product to get help for hairballs my cats were having issues with. In the past 3 days they have been bringing up hairballs left, right and centre. I can't imagine how long they have been in their digestive tracts. I can actually see it working for them. And of course they love their treats! With the added Taurine supplement I am hoping to see an additional improvement in our boy's overall general health. He has been having some issues lately. I know this product will be a staple in our house from now on. We give them half a pouch now.
