[New Generation] Humidity Sensor Switch, Ortis in-Wall Bathroom Fan Automated Control Switch, Air Moisture Detection, Neutral Wire Required, Keep Your Bathroom Dry & Clean, 120V/220V

This unit seems to work as expected to control my bathroom fan to prevent humidity buildup. However, it is not very user friendly when it comes to programming. The readout display works in code number settings for which you have to use the instruction sheet to know what programming choices to use. If you loose that sheet, you will never be able to program it again without those code definations.

Please do not but this, it does not work well. Hard to adjust, also hard issues with it going on at random times when humidity level not exceeded. Trashed it and went back to a regular switch.

If you have an old noisy fan like I did then this kit is for you! Not only is the fan nice and quiet again but the controller is awesome! Just a few moments after turning on the shower it kicks on! (Feels kinda fancy lol) Easy to install, it comes with clear instructions for wiring and programming. The only setting I changed was the "manual on" setting which I put to 15 min. The fan motor was actually identical to my old one and fit perfectly!!! The only thing that dissapointed me was that it didn't come with a cover plate for the controller.
